Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in this country
- Pass a background investigation
- Must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training if not already certified
- Secure reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Willingness to lead and develop the management team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to manage budgets and financial controls effectively
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team
