Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly
  • Must have strong math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
  • Understanding of personal computer use and software such as Excel and Word
  • Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Detail oriented with strong auditing and integrity skills
  • Capable of managing cash drawers and deposits per procedure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Solid math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of 3 assistant managers and approximately 3-50 employees in excess of 50 hours of labor each week
  • Assign, oversee and evaluate work for compliance
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
  • Provide on the job training for new employees
  • Delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft
  • Assist in supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
  • Forecast food items consumption per shift
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • Assist shoppers during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency
  • Greet customers, take orders, use cash register, assemble orders and check for accuracy
  • Ensure every customer receives world class customer service
  • Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery speed and business
  • Complete daily food preparation opening procedures
  • Execute systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
  • Complete daily, weekly and periodic paperwork accurately
  • Control inventory using weekly inventory system and maintain ordering schedules
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings
  • Audit system and procedures and shift ending paperwork
  • Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Manage 100 percent of cash drawers during shift
  • Manage deposits and change orders per deposit operating procedure
