The position available is for a Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to guarantee customer satisfaction, product quality, and business profitability. As a key leader, the Restaurant Manager will supervise a team that includes multiple Assistant Managers and a large number of front-line staff, sometimes reaching over 50 employees. This role requires managing scheduling, delegation, and evaluation of work compliance while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The manager handles critical operational duties such as ordering and inventory management of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent waste or loss.

In addition to managing administrative tasks, the Restaurant Manager actively participates in food preparation, sales, and customer service, especially during busy periods to maintain workflow and service excellence. The role also involves direct interaction with customers, including welcoming patrons, taking orders, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of every transaction. The manager is entrusted with cash handling responsibilities, including maintaining the integrity of cash drawers, processing deposits, and managing change orders.

Operational integrity is a cornerstone of this position, with the manager expected to execute all systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of 3 assistant managers and approximately 3-50 employees in excess of 50 hours of labor each week
  • Assign, oversee and evaluate work for compliance
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
  • Provide on the job training for new employees
  • Delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft
  • Assist in supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
  • Forecast food items consumption per shift
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • Assist shoppers during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency
  • Greet customers, take orders, use cash register, assemble orders and check for accuracy
  • Ensure every customer receives world class customer service
  • Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery speed and business
  • Complete daily food preparation opening procedures
  • Execute systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
  • Complete daily, weekly and periodic paperwork accurately
  • Control inventory using weekly inventory system and maintain ordering schedules
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings
  • Audit system and procedures and shift ending paperwork
  • Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Manage 100 percent of cash drawers during shift
  • Manage deposits and change orders per deposit operating procedure
