Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong understanding of federal, state and local laws related to restaurant operations
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Hands-on approach to leadership
