The role in focus is the Restaurant Manager position, responsible for overseeing all functions of the restaurant to ensure both customer service and product quality are maintained at the highest levels. The manager will oversee ordering and storage of all supplies to minimize waste and theft while ensuring smooth food production and service during peak hours. This role requires hands-on leadership, often assisting staff during busy periods to maintain service efficiency and uphold the dining experience.
In addition to operational duties, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for financial management including control over cash drawers, deposits, and change orders, aligning with established deposit procedures. The manager will also conduct weekly meetings, audit operational processes, and ensure compliance with company systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity. Preventative maintenance of store equipment and upkeep of supplies are also key elements of this role.
Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English. A sound understanding of basic math, computer proficiency with programs such as Excel and Word, and physical stamina to handle the demands of the job are essential. This includes the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical movements related to the restaurant environment.
The role requires a flexible schedule willing to accommodate overtime, holidays, and weekends as business needs dictate. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages a staff of 3 assistant managers and approximately 25-30 employees
- Assigns, oversees and evaluates work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
- Provides on the job training for new employees
- Delegates and is responsible for the ordering receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies
- Assists in the supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
- Forecasts food items by estimation what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift
