Job Requirements

  • At least one year of General Manager experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience as a General Manager in a fast food or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and management
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and ethical business practices

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
