Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • Ability to stand and move for most if not all shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Eligible to work in this country and pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to create a customer-first attitude among staff
  • Commitment to teaching and growing team members
  • Understanding of food safety procedures and standards
  • Proven ability to manage and meet operational and financial goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
