Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Eligible to work in this country and pass a background investigation

- Experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to create a customer-first attitude among staff
- Commitment to teaching and growing team members
- Understanding of food safety procedures and standards
- Proven ability to manage and meet operational and financial goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
