Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
Ability to stand and move for most if not all shift
Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
Commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
Eligible to work in this country and pass a background investigation

Experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to create a customer-first attitude among staff
Commitment to teaching and growing team members
Understanding of food safety procedures and standards
Proven ability to manage and meet operational and financial goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Maintain day-to-day financial controls
Create and manage staff schedules
Interview, hire, train and orientate team
Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
