Job Requirements
- Ability to supervise train and motivate team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written verbal and math and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- English fluency bilingual a plus
- ServSafe certification or willingness to train to become certified
- Minimum 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong written verbal and math abilities
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Supervises trains motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service
- Ensure orders are taken in a prompt accurate and courteous manner
- Resolves customer complaints
- Ensures restaurant cleanliness
- Inventory monitoring daily submission of sales required to eliminate shortages of cash inventory and waste
- Ability to manage at peak times in the restaurants
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages
