We are currently hiring General Managers (GM) for our multi-unit Burger King franchise locations in the Southeastern US. The General Manager is a critical leadership role focused on driving the restaurant team to achieve outstanding levels of customer service and operational success. This position demands an enthusiastic, motivated leader who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that every customer receives friendly, personalized service and great food delivered promptly.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, from supervising and training team members to maintaining restaurant cleanliness and operational standards. You will lead by example, motivating your team to uphold Burger King’s high standards for customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle important operational aspects such as inventory monitoring, cash management, and sales reporting. Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak hours are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Duties
- Supervises trains motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service
- Ensure orders are taken in a prompt accurate and courteous manner
- Resolves customer complaints
- Ensures restaurant cleanliness
- Inventory monitoring daily submission of sales required to eliminate shortages of cash inventory and waste
- Ability to manage at peak times in the restaurants
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages
