The General Manager role at Blaze Pizza is key to the successful operation of its franchise locations. As a General Manager, you will lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, fostering positivity and enthusiastic leadership by example. Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- basic math and accounting skills
- strong guest service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills
- full availability for any shift including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work a 50-hour work week
- good personal grooming
- ability to stand for 8 hours
- ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead through example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- be flexible to change that comes with working in a restaurant environment
- perform administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts and food safety standards
- assist in building the Blaze brand and culture by interviewing, hiring and training new team members
- oversee a diverse team preparing great pizzas while ensuring the highest product quality, maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- provide daily feedback and performance reviews to develop and lead the team
- cultivate the guest experience with fast, courteous, sincere and positive service
- perform other duties as assigned
