Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop during shifts
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F
- Willingness to work a 40+ hour week
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Ability to organize and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Willingness to coach and manage employees
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure food safety compliance
- Manage inventory and stock ordering
- Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Handle cash management and brand compliance
- Train and coach employees on various roles and store operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and exceptional order
