Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop during shifts
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F
  • Willingness to work a 40+ hour week
  • Ability to handle high stress situations
  • Ability to organize and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to coach and manage employees
  • Jimmy John Manager Certification
  • ServSafe Manager Certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Jimmy John Manager Certification
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure food safety compliance
  • Manage inventory and stock ordering
  • Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Handle cash management and brand compliance
  • Train and coach employees on various roles and store operations
  • Maintain store cleanliness and exceptional order
