The role requires a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat to handle administrative tasks effectively.

Physical requirements are an important aspect of this role. The General Manager should be capable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout shifts, lifting 30 to 40 pounds regularly, and maneuvering within refrigerator and freezer units with temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and own a reliable vehicle.
