Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience managing at least six employees
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five years hotel industry experience preferred
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Must be professional, honest, and trustworthy
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be capable of standing extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and long hours
  • Knowledge of franchise standards and hotel policies
  • Ability to perform essential functions including communication and multitasking
  • Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years supervising at least six associates in a branded hotel environment
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and budget management
  • Proficiency with property management systems and hotel technology
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-faceted responsibilities and multitasking

Job Duties

  • Manage all hotel departments to achieve set revenue and guest satisfaction goals
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop hotel staff including supervisors and associates
  • Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, payroll, inventories, and orders
  • Implement company Standard Operating Procedures and franchise standards
  • Ensure safety and security across all hotel operations
  • Maintain excellent guest service and product quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and corporate management to resolve issues and promote hotel objectives
