Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- One to two years of related experience or training
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Ability to read analyze and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective actions
- Proficient in supervisory practices
- Skilled in planning and budgeting
- Experienced in interviewing practices
- Knowledgeable about training and development practices
- Understanding of federal state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including the execution of all company policies procedures programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures as needed
- Plan and budget to achieve financial goals
- Conduct interviews and hiring processes for staff members
