Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Proven track record of successful team leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in food service
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and cost control
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and operational goals
- Skills in problem identification and resolution
Job Duties
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Manage crew member employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention
- Interview and hire team members
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Maintain fast, accurate service while providing excellent customer service
- Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
