Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in food service

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Skills in problem identification and resolution

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage crew member employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention
  • Interview and hire team members
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Maintain fast, accurate service while providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
