The RGM serves as the driving force behind positive guest engagement, team motivation, and the seamless daily functioning of the restaurant. This leadership role entails overseeing recruitment, retention, and development of staff to build a strong, dedicated team. The successful candidate must excel in resolving guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring that every patron’s experience is exceptional and that the restaurant environment remains safe and inviting.\n\nBeyond guest services, the RGM manages the operational backbone of the restaurant, including inventory management and administrative duties such as employee timekeeping, cash handling, and sales reporting. The manager must guarantee proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients to uphold strict food safety standards. Additionally, fostering a vibrant local marketing strategy to grow sales and effectively scheduling work shifts are crucial components of this role. The position demands a commitment to maintaining equipment efficiency and a clean restaurant to uphold the brand’s reputation.\n\nThis is a full-time management role requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week, including availability for evening and weekend shifts. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work minimal 45 hrs/wk including evenings and weekends
  • associate's degree or equivalent
  • at least one (1) year related experience and/or training
  • ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to promote positive team atmosphere
  • opportunities for growth/development
  • must have a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • at least one (1) year related experience and/or training
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to promote positive team atmosphere and opportunities for growth and development

Job Duties

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns

  • manage work schedules
  • maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers
  • ensure the restaurant is clean and equipment is in good working condition at all times
  • ensure that ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with great care and concern for food safety
  • maintain a local marketing program that will continue to grow sales
  • manage administrative responsibilities such as employee time keeping, inventory management, cash handling and sales reporting
