The role of a General Manager at Arby's is a critical leadership position responsible for steering the success of the restaurant through engaged and effective management. As the leader of your restaurant's "Meatcraft®," you will manage the Restaurant Management Team and the broader Team Members workforce, guiding them with performance-driven initiatives, training programs, and engagement strategies. Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and mentor restaurant management team and staff through training and performance initiatives
  • Drive local store marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Manage budgeting, payroll, and inventory control
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements
