Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Physical capability to perform all subordinate positions
  • Available for full-time work
  • Must comply with Wendy's policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operational positions and functions
  • Strong supervisory and planning skills
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L analysis
  • Familiarity with training and development practices

Job Duties

  • Execute store plan to achieve established standards sales local marketing programs and profits
  • Staff the store and oversee personnel training
  • Operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct interviews and manage hiring process
  • Develop and train team members
  • Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
  • Travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
