Job Requirements

College degree or equivalent experience in operations
1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
Must have a valid drivers license
Ability to stand for long periods without a break
Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Physical capability to perform all subordinate positions
Available for full-time work
Must comply with Wendy's policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience in operations
1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
Ability to perform all restaurant operational positions and functions
Strong supervisory and planning skills
Experience with budgeting and P&L analysis
Familiarity with training and development practices

Job Duties

Execute store plan to achieve established standards sales local marketing programs and profits
Staff the store and oversee personnel training
Operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
Analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
Conduct interviews and manage hiring process
Develop and train team members
Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
Travel to multiple stores as needed
Perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
