Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Physical capability to perform all subordinate positions
- Available for full-time work
- Must comply with Wendy's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
- Ability to perform all restaurant operational positions and functions
- Strong supervisory and planning skills
- Experience with budgeting and P&L analysis
- Familiarity with training and development practices
Job Duties
- Execute store plan to achieve established standards sales local marketing programs and profits
- Staff the store and oversee personnel training
- Operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
- Conduct interviews and manage hiring process
- Develop and train team members
- Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
- Travel to multiple stores as needed
- Perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
