The General Manager role at Wendy's is a critical leadership position responsible for executing the store's plan to meet established standards of quality, sales targets, local marketing programs, and profitability. As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations including staffing, personnel training, daily operations, and maintenance to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Furthermore, as a General Manager, you will be involved in recruiting and interviewing new employees, developing training programs, and fostering a positive work environment for all staff members. Travel between multiple store locations may be required, and you will be responsible for physical inspections to ensure all aspects of the restaurant are maintained to the highest standards.

The role also demands strong physical endurance as it involves standing for long periods, lifting weight up to 50 pounds, and working in various temperature conditions including hot and cold environments such as the kitchen, cooler, and freezer. It is essential to have a valid driver's license as the job requires traveling to different locations to manage store operations effectively. Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Physical capability to perform all subordinate positions
  • Available for full-time work
  • Must comply with Wendy's policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
