Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One to two years of related experience and/or training
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials
Proficient mathematical skills including discounts, interest, proportions, percentages
Strong reasoning ability to define problems and draw conclusions
Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Must be Serve-Safe certified

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
One to two years of related experience and/or training
Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
Experience with P&L analysis and corrective measures
Understanding of supervisory practices
Familiarity with planning and budgeting
Skilled in interviewing practices
Competent in training and development practices
Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to present information effectively to managers, clients, customers, and the public
Proficient in mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Serve-Safe certification required

Job Duties

Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
Ensure objectives are met in all areas while following company guidelines
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
Analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
Recruit, interview and train new staff
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
