This opportunity involves managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including ensuring the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. The role requires overseeing daily restaurant operations, guaranteeing compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, and adhering to ethical business practices. As a manager, you will lead, direct, train, and develop subordinate managers and crew members to ensure operational objectives are met across various areas such as customer service, food quality, safety, and financial performance. This leadership role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining a motivated team while upholding the company’s standards and culture.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Serve-Safe certification
  • Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively
  • Ability to calculate and apply basic math concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Company operating systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of Company's policies and procedures
  • Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
  • Supervisory skills

  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties
