Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Serve-Safe certification
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively
- Ability to calculate and apply basic math concepts
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Company operating systems and procedures
- Knowledge of Company's policies and procedures
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
- Supervisory skills
- Planning and budgeting knowledge
- Interviewing experience
- Training and development practices knowledge
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of the Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following Company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss reports and implement corrective measures
- Conduct interviewing, hiring, and training of staff
