Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the country
- able to pass a background investigation
- reliable transportation to travel between locations
- stand and move for most of the shift
- follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- basic financial management skills
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as register and headset
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
