They must demonstrate strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain organized and upbeat under pressure. This full-time leadership opportunity offers a salary commensurate with experience and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and paid time off. Employees also enjoy complimentary club membership with guest privileges, discounts on training, spa services, apparel, and programs, plus access to in-house certification and continuing education. The company values professional growth and provides recognition within a supportive and expanding network.

If you are passionate about leading teams, driving sales, and making a real difference in members' lives while working in a vibrant health club environment, this is the ideal role for you.
