Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
  • demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions
  • proven leadership and performance as casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years achieving highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
  • demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions required
  • proven leadership and success as a casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager required for external candidates
  • ServSafe and local/state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in verbal and written English
  • bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
  • demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
  • drive a culture of operational excellence focused on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
  • create an over-the-top crew experience
  • deliver balanced results from guest, employee, process, and financial perspectives
