Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
- demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions
- proven leadership and performance as casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years achieving highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
- demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions required
- proven leadership and success as a casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager required for external candidates
- ServSafe and local/state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- proficiency in verbal and written English
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
- drive a culture of operational excellence focused on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
- create an over-the-top crew experience
- deliver balanced results from guest, employee, process, and financial perspectives
- ensure sustainable growth in sales and profits
