Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role in hospitality
- Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations and financial management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and financial goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of the local hospitality industry and market trends is a plus
