Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations and financial management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and financial goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of the local hospitality industry and market trends is a plus
