We are currently seeking enthusiastic, driven General Managers to join us as we continue our rapid expansion, opening nearly a new restaurant every day. As a General Manager at Chipotle, you will play a critical role in hiring and developing strong teams that live and breathe the Chipotle values. You'll be responsible for cultivating a positive workplace culture while ensuring operational excellence and financial success. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $61,000 to $85,000 annually, along with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance for eligible employees.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will run the day-to-day operations of a restaurant with dedication and attention to detail across multiple functions. From recruiting top talent and managing the full employee lifecycle to maintaining exemplary standards in food safety, guest service, and operational compliance, your leadership will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work a varied schedule covering lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, demonstrating commitment and flexibility while leading from the front.

The General Manager role demands passion for hospitality and people development. You should be motivated by a guest-obsessed mindset, a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and a creative approach to driving sales and community engagement. Previous restaurant management experience is required, including expertise in scheduling, profit and loss management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruitment. Physical demands of the role include standing and walking throughout the restaurant for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
