Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead by example and perform hands on operational tasks
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
