Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead by example and perform hands on operational tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
