Job Description
Burtons Grill is a distinguished restaurant renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality alongside high-quality, contemporary American cuisine. Rooted in New England traditions and celebrated along the East Coast, Burtons Grill has built a reputation for its thorough scratch kitchen approach, using wholesome, premium ingredients to create dishes that range from juicy burgers and bountiful salads to tender steaks and fresh seafood. This dedication to food excellence goes hand in hand with a passionate emphasis on the guest experience, ensuring that every visitor receives a warm, accommodating, and memorable dining encounter.
The restaurant goes beyond conventional standards by upholding industry-leading protocols for food allergies and dietary restrictions, including a robust gluten-free menu designed to make dining accessible and safe for everyone. Burtons Grill fosters a culture steeped in growth, creativity, and inclusion, believing that happy, fulfilled teams are the backbone of unforgettable hospitality. This commitment is reflected in the daily efforts of the team to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence that preserves the founder's legacy.
As a General Manager at Burtons Grill, you will embrace full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, guiding both the front and back of house teams to achieve seamless service and uphold the brand’s high standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating a dynamic staff, maintaining a guest-first mindset, and managing all operational aspects including food quality, safety, and team development. This role demands an experienced, driven professional ready to lead with integrity, foster team goodwill, and continue the tradition of superior hospitality. Working at Burtons offers a competitive compensation package, inclusive health benefits, paid vacation, and valuable opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and inclusive work culture.
