Job Requirements
- Able to work 45-50 hours per week including weekends and nights
- Pass background and credit checks
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Possess manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- Willingness to schedule according to peak business hours
- Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds
- Comply with company’s scheduling and approval policies
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Combination of practical experience and education considered
- Valid driver’s license
- Manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team to achieve goals
- Maintain the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Schedule and manage shifts primarily during peak business hours including weekends and nights
- Conduct background and credit checks
- Monitor food safety standards and hold a valid Food Safety Certificate
- Communicate and coordinate schedules for approvals with Director of Operations
