As the cornerstone of your store’s success, you will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, managing financial responsibilities such as cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your leadership will foster a motivated team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service during peak business hours, typically including weekends and evening shifts. \n\nThe role demands a commitment to a work schedule of 45-50 hours per week, including mandatory weekend and evening shifts. You will be expected to schedule yourself strategically to provide coverage during peak times, ensuring smooth store operations and optimal customer experiences. The General Manager position also requires physical capabilities such as lifting inventory items weighing up to 15-20 pounds and working knowledge of computers for daily business processes. The ability to pass background and credit checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and hold a manager’s Food Safety Certificate is mandatory. Job Requirements

  • Able to work 45-50 hours per week including weekends and nights
  • Pass background and credit checks
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Possess manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • Willingness to schedule according to peak business hours
  • Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds
  • Comply with company’s scheduling and approval policies

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team to achieve goals
  • Maintain the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Schedule and manage shifts primarily during peak business hours including weekends and nights
