Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work activities
  • appraise performance and discipline employees including termination
  • address complaints and resolve problems promptly
  • foster a culture of high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and company initiatives to team
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • lead sales building and suggestive selling activities
  • maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • meet and greet guests while resolving quality or service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
  • ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies
  • enforce safe work practices for staff and guests
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
  • control security, inventory, food and labor costs
