The General Manager role at TOCA Soccer’s Burnsville, MN location represents a unique opportunity to lead one of the company’s cutting-edge facilities. This full-time position reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations and requires candidates who can work evenings and weekends to meet facility demands.
The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team leadership, and community engagement at a premier soccer training center. The successful candidate will oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment. Operational responsibilities include scheduling, facility maintenance, and ensuring training sessions and events run smoothly. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in marketing and sales efforts to attract new players and retain existing ones, working closely with regional and center teams. Success in this position requires a deep commitment to guest satisfaction, disciplined execution of KPIs, and the ability to act as a community ambassador for TOCA Soccer. - be the captain of our day-to-day operations, making sure the center is always on point-clean, and ready to impress
- lead a squad of coaches and front-desk legends, creating a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere where everyone feels like an mvp
- stay on top of recruiting and scheduling, keeping the flow smooth for training sessions and guest needs
- design and implement maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top-tier shape
- drive a guest-centric mindset, turning every visitor into a raving fan by delivering next-level service and addressing any concerns
- track and crush kpis-whether it's facility upkeep, guest satisfaction, or revenue growth
- ensure you deliver a great experience to new guests converting them at 60 percent
- collaborate with our sales and marketing wizards to launch initiatives that drive acquisition and retention
- take the field with your center and regional teams to make a splash in the community, hosting events and creating buzz
- be the face and voice of toca in the local soccer scene, connecting with community members and building partnerships that fuel growth
