The General Manager position at Sandpiper Hospitality is a dynamic, high-impact leadership role carrying full operational oversight of an extended stay hotel property. As the strategic mastermind and on-site leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and profitability of the hotel. This role involves executing complete property operations, including maintenance, guest services, and adherence to corporate standards. You will develop and implement financial strategies aimed at achieving business objectives, including profit and loss management, budgeting, bank deposit oversight, and driving local sales efforts to maximize extended stay occupancy. Leading a motivated and skilled team is at the heart of this role, where you will manage scheduling, performance, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Your duties also include ensuring the highest standards of customer service by conducting daily inspections of vacant rooms and maintaining brand standards.
