The ideal candidate for the General Manager position has a minimum of three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager within a quick service restaurant environment with a strong emphasis on drive-thru operations. Experience with major brands such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, or similar is highly valued. Applicants should showcase a strong operational background and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding benchmarks in food quality, labor management, customer service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
