Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive full-service restaurant management experience
- Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) certification required
- Working knowledge of federal, state, local, and agency labor laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel occasionally
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
