This leadership role at Mo' Bettahs involves overseeing the daily execution of the brand's standards while ensuring smooth restaurant operations across all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) positions. The leader will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas, driving same-store sales growth, optimizing line speed based on transaction times, and serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service matters. Another key aspect of the role is guaranteeing food quality by adhering to procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards while mentoring and coordinating with management and training teams. The role requires overseeing staff schedules, managing weekly reports, including self-reporting, inventory control, and online ordering tasks. In addition, the leader embodies and promotes the Mo' Bettahs culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security standards. Upholding company policies and nurturing a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment is imperative.
Candidates will find this position rewarding, offering a competitive base salary range from $55,000 to $70,000 along with monthly bonus potentials of up to $1,000 and annual bonus potentials surpassing $13,000, dependent on store performance metrics. A monthly stay bonus further adds potential earnings, with up to $2,250 monthly and $29,250 annually. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- competent in all FOH and BOH position
- responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant including FOH and BOH
- responsible for same store sales growth
- responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
- coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- review weekly employee schedules
- complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.
- have a thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
- follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
