Urban Air is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead their team in Aurora. This full-time leadership role is vital to maintaining and enhancing Urban Air's reputation for delivering exceptional entertainment, customer service, and operational excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for overall leadership, vision, and direction of the park’s initiatives and operational standards. This position requires someone who can inspire and develop staff, enforce accountability, and drive the business towards achieving financial and customer experience goals while promoting a fun and inclusive culture.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food and beverage services, attractions, property maintenance, and customer interactions. They will be accountable for hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating employees to foster a team-oriented environment that prioritizes outstanding guest service. The role involves cultivating strong community relationships, managing operational details to ensure safety and cleanliness, and promoting positive employee relations. Job Duties
