The role of General Manager at Supreme Dumplings requires a dynamic leader who will oversee all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring that every aspect, from food quality to service standards and operational efficiency, is met with the highest levels of excellence. This full-time, salaried exempt position offers an annual pay range of $81,000 to $90,000 with the potential to participate in a bonus program. Compensation is aligned with experience, skills, and internal equity. The General Manager will be instrumental in steering the restaurant toward sustained growth and outstanding guest satisfaction. They will lead operational processes such as staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control while maintaining strict adherence to company and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be adept at financial management, including budgeting, labor controls, and P&L analysis, to maximize profitability and operational success. In addition to operational prowess, the General Manager will champion a positive workplace culture by recruiting, training, and mentoring both management and hourly team members, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Collaboration with marketing and leadership teams on promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives is essential to enhance the restaurant's brand presence and community relations. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferably in a high-volume or full-service environment
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
