The available full-time, salaried General Manager position located in Southcenter, Washington offers a competitive salary range between $81,000 and $90,000 annually, with the potential to participate in a bonus program. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality business management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
  • Proven experience leading multi-unit operations
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of budgeting financial reporting and inventory management
  • Understanding of health safety and food safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality or food service
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting P&L analysis and cost management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Passion for food hospitality and delivering a customer-centric experience
