Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- ability to analyze profit and loss and take corrective measures
- understanding of supervisory practices and employment laws
- attendance of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- understanding of profit and loss analysis
- supervisory and planning skills
- familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
