Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to handle restaurant duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and working in varying temperatures
- commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
