Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- check product quality and communicate with customers
- effectively train and coach employees in customer service and complaint handling
- conduct meetings with team members and management for planning and training
- develop and maintain sales levels using local store marketing
- monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- analyze Profit and Loss statements and take corrective action
- follow proper food preparation and serving procedures
- control restaurant inventory through established systems
- use company labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- adjust labor according to sales volume changes
- manage restaurant cash control including daily bank deposits
- follow cash handling procedures
- ensure prompt reporting of accidents and incidents
- maintain safe work environment and achieve high health department ratings
- uphold professional restaurant and team image
- communicate hiring, promotions, and employee status changes to Area Coach
- process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- maintain personnel files
- post all required federal and state posters
- utilize preventive maintenance systems
- attend management meetings
- perform administrative paperwork as required
