Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds
- ability to handle tasks inside and outside of the store
- ability to operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard

- proficiency in phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other technology
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use
- ability to meet physical demands of the job including extended standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
- background check clearance
- associates degree or higher preferred
- experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred for some locations
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- lead local marketing strategies, business-to-business partnerships, referrals, and community/in-store events
- examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions while assessing risk
- enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and compliance with laws and regulations
- participate in audits and compliance reviews
- supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention including documentation of cash overages/shortages
- conduct opening and closing procedures and train staff on keyholder duties
- participate in employee selection, hiring, and retention
- develop work schedules according to budget and store needs
- handle complex customer situations professionally
- maintain store appearance and address facility maintenance needs
- perform offsite duties such as vehicle appraisals and marketing
- operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
- conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership
- maintain full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance
