Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Hotel experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments focusing on exceptional guest service
- Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members to support career growth
- Deliver on key business metrics including quality, service, profitability, and team engagement
- Assist in developing and managing the annual operating budget to meet or exceed expectations
- Model and enforce quality assurance best practices consistently
- Apply critical thinking skills to navigate challenging situations and proactively address issues
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous operational and service improvement
