- Minimum of 3 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen

Job Qualifications
- College or higher level education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years progressive hotel management experience
- Experience within Hilton or Marriott brands preferred
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate a diverse team
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with sales, revenue, and other hotel departments
- Hands-on management style with focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage if applicable
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Monitor and manage daily financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Control operational expenses including labor, overtime, supplies and enforce procurement guidelines
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Conduct performance reviews and implement professional development plans
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Participate in local sales and community events to promote the hotel
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance for pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Implement health and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
