Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational departments effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work full time on-site at Courtyard Phoenix Mesa, Arizona
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations

- Proven leadership and managerial skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with financial and operational data analysis
Job Duties
- Manage general property performance including all operational areas
- Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality and profitability
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with regional sales office
- Manage and control property profitability and revenue generation
- Conduct human resources activities including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Lead quality assurance audits and enforce brand standards
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, brand leadership, and stakeholders
