- proficiency in inventory and financial management software preferred

Job Duties
- foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by leading with integrity and accountability
- recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with HTeaO values and operational standards
- conduct performance evaluations, provide regular coaching, and develop talent pipelines
- ensure all store operations run efficiently, adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations
- oversee inventory, scheduling, and labor management to meet financial and operational goals
- ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality products and outstanding guest experiences
- analyze financial statements to identify trends, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures
- monitor store profitability and develop strategies to achieve or exceed financial targets
- oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate reporting to minimize loss
- build strong relationships with local communities to promote HTeaO's brand and values
- represent the company at events, fostering goodwill and community partnerships
