Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a general manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting
  • proven track record in driving revenue growth and optimizing operations
  • strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to travel as needed
