Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hotel management experience
  • proven ability to motivate and lead a hospitality team
  • strong budgeting and revenue management skills
  • passion for guest relations and service excellence
  • ability to handle problem-solving and decision-making effectively
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and handle office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hotel management experience
  • experience with Hilton, IHG, or Marriott brands is a plus
  • proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a successful hospitality team
  • strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to forecast budgets and drive revenue
  • Utilize financial data to maximize profitability and return on investment
  • Leverage distribution channels and technology to enhance market share and revenue
  • Oversee capital plans and asset management initiatives
  • Develop team member engagement programs aligned with brand service behaviors
  • Implement and monitor succession planning
  • Set performance goals, provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback
  • Oversee salary decisions, disciplinary actions, and HR-related processes
  • Lead by example and demonstrate company core values
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, hallmarks, and license agreements
  • Drive improvement in guest satisfaction scores
  • Engage with guests to solicit feedback and build loyalty
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and hotel assets
  • Act as a public relations representative in the local community
  • Drive environmentally conscious initiatives to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint
  • Maintain a safe working environment including hazard prevention
  • Lead the hotel’s recycling and sustainability efforts
