Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of hotel management experience
- proven ability to motivate and lead a hospitality team
- strong budgeting and revenue management skills
- passion for guest relations and service excellence
- ability to handle problem-solving and decision-making effectively
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and handle office equipment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of hotel management experience
- experience with Hilton, IHG, or Marriott brands is a plus
- proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a successful hospitality team
- strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills
- passion for enhancing guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
- ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve challenges efficiently
- strong ability to represent the hotel in the local market and foster partnerships

Job Duties
- Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to forecast budgets and drive revenue
- Utilize financial data to maximize profitability and return on investment
- Leverage distribution channels and technology to enhance market share and revenue
- Oversee capital plans and asset management initiatives
- Develop team member engagement programs aligned with brand service behaviors
- Implement and monitor succession planning
- Set performance goals, provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback
- Oversee salary decisions, disciplinary actions, and HR-related processes
- Lead by example and demonstrate company core values
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, hallmarks, and license agreements
- Drive improvement in guest satisfaction scores
- Engage with guests to solicit feedback and build loyalty
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and hotel assets
- Act as a public relations representative in the local community
- Drive environmentally conscious initiatives to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint
- Maintain a safe working environment including hazard prevention
- Lead the hotel’s recycling and sustainability efforts
