  • strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting

  • proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and associate engagement
  • knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management principles

Job Duties

  • lead the hotel team to provide outstanding hospitality and themed destination experiences
  • manage all phases of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • develop and implement strategic plans for hotel growth and profitability
  • oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll, and revenue management
  • foster a positive team culture emphasizing coaching, mentoring, and associate development
  • actively drive destination sales and marketing initiatives including internet and social media strategies
  • ensure high guest satisfaction scores through continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery
