Job Requirements

bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
extensive experience in hospitality management and leadership
strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team
proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and associate engagement
knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management principles
competency in internet marketing and social media
high ethical standards and integrity
experience with hotel opening strongly preferred

Job Qualifications

proven experience in hotel management across multiple operational departments
strong leadership and team building skills with an open and participative management style
demonstrated financial acumen including budget development, forecasting, and financial statement management
effective communication skills with associates and guests
experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management
knowledge of human resources management
experience in hotel opening and food and beverage operations preferred
ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies
entrepreneurial attitude with strategic thinking and planning capabilities

Job Duties

lead the hotel team to provide outstanding hospitality and themed destination experiences
manage all phases of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
develop and implement strategic plans for hotel growth and profitability
oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll, and revenue management
foster a positive team culture emphasizing coaching, mentoring, and associate development
actively drive destination sales and marketing initiatives including internet and social media strategies
ensure high guest satisfaction scores through continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery
