Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- 3+ years in sales management of a store team of 5+
- basic knowledge and strong willingness to learn mobility vehicle products and accessories
- proficient computer skills with various office equipment and software programs
- valid driver's license and clean OMV record
- proven knowledge of needs of disabled individuals preferred
- background or experience in Automotive, Power Sports or Equipment Dealership setting is a plus
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- 3+ years in sales management of a store team of 5+
- retail management experience preferred
- basic knowledge of full-size and minivan drop floor vehicles, van rentals, transfer seats, tie downs, hand controls, foot pedal extensions, lifts, extended warranties, and GAP insurance
- proficient computer skills including databases, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- valid driver's license with clean OMV record
- knowledge of the needs of various disabilities preferred
- background in Automotive, Power Sports or Equipment Dealership setting a plus
Job Duties
- Completes necessary training with manufacturers on products
- Learns and understands details of the physical conditions and limitations the United Access's clients may have
- Trains with a senior Store Manager/GM to observe, listen and ask questions when it comes to store management and operations
- Fully understands the financial side of the business, sales process and benefits of the company's products
- Manages store workflow, employee job performance and behaviors of all store team, including mediating employee relations
- Fully understands the sales process and completes first van sale with all paperwork
- Conducts monthly review of financial performance and reports variances to accounting department
- Proficient in utilizing multiple software systems that do not communicate with each other
- Ensures consistent follow-up with leads and generates at least 35% repeat business
- Educates customers on vehicles and mobility products through detailed explanations and demonstrations
- Performs weekly updates of accounts receivable and aged inventory status
- Meets budget numbers and manages day to-day store functions efficiently with few customer issues
- Develops and achieves store profit targets and monitors gross profit to operate within the store's annual budget
- Gains knowledge and teaches store team on conditions affecting the customer base
- Creates performance evaluations and SMART goals, provides quarterly feedback
- Consistently sells 2-3 vans per month for small stores or 4-5 vans per month for large stores
- Ensures store sells all vans and meets sales revenue goals
- Maintains minimal employee issues
