Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager in a Four-Diamond hotel
  • proven leadership and team management abilities
  • experience managing labor relations and union environments
  • strong understanding of sales, revenue management, and market positioning
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • financial acumen including budget management and forecasting
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and associate development

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager or Resort Manager in an upscale environment
  • previous experience with labor relations and managing in a union environment required
  • previous experience in a resort environment with seasonal business fluctuations preferable
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communications skills
  • ability to motivate team to provide best in class customer service
  • over 10 years of P&L responsibilities

  • communicates clear and consistent messages regarding property goals
