Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching, training, and developing your team members to meet and exceed company objectives, increase store revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the District Director of Operations, your responsibilities will extend beyond managing people and processes to include driving local marketing efforts, ensuring store security and loss prevention, and maintaining overall quality standards within the location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work-related travel
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- Successful completion of background check
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing for long periods, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical devices
- Ability to maintain a full-time schedule with some weekend work
- Willingness to work in-person full time
