Job Description

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • or a 4-year college degree with 4-5 years of related experience
  • or a 2-year college degree with 5-6 years of related experience. Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and addressing concerns raised by employees and guests. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a courteous and service-oriented manner. Attend all hotel-required meetings and trainings. Participate in scheduled M.O.D. coverage. Maintain regular attendance as per hotel standards. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Comply with hotel standards and regulations. Effective problem-solving skills including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as needed. Ability to analyze complex information and maintain confidentiality. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
