Sodexo is currently seeking a Multi Service General Manager to join their team at UH Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio. This crucial role focuses on supporting both nutrition and environmental services within a healthcare setting, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services that positively impact patient well-being and satisfaction. The Multi Service General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, striving to provide high quality food service and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This position demands a strong client service mentality and executive presence to effectively collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to continually enhance the patient experience.

In this role, the General Manager will be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores while closely working with the Infection Control department to uphold stringent safety and cleanliness standards. Leading a diverse and inclusive workforce, the manager will play an integral part in developing and motivating teams to exceed expectations in service delivery and operational execution.
